We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The pool area was stunning, with a fun ping pong table that kept both kids and adults entertained. The kitchen in the room was very convenient for cooking meals and the size of the room was great for a family of three. The pool area was beautiful and enjoyable for both kids and adults. the surrounding scenery was breathtaking, making it a relaxing location for the holidays.
The heavy promotion of timeshare presentations during check-in made the arrival experience not ideal. And, the loud AC and tight parking garage made things difficult at times.
